To rent : a 30 m² apartment on the second (and last) floor, with an independant access. It is located in a small property, at 300m from the beach. Sleeps 4. Very calm. Vacation renting, for holidays.
Apartment
Sleeps 4: one convertible sofa bed for 2 in the main room + 2 bunk beds in the other. Kitchen, water room with toilets. Covers and pillows provided (bring bed sheets and bathroom towel).
Amenities
Refrigerator, convection microwave oven, hotplates, crokery, cooking utensils provided, coffee machine, heating.
Facilities
Beach at 300m by small paths.
Tennis court in the property (free).
Car park. Shops at 5 minutes.
Leasure activities
Yachting, fishing, tennis, swimming, bicycle, excursion, walk, museums, water park, visiting the salt-water marshes.

Practical information, tips & tricks
- 2 Bakery vans come in the morning, the first at 8h30, the 2nd around 10h (in summer).
- The road which leads to the beach is reserved to the residents and bicycles, so it is very calm.
- Housing is in the residence Le Florentel, between the towns of Barbâtre and La Guérinière, in the district Tresson. A map is available, with directions.
- The close residences are Les villages de la Tresson, Bel Horizon and La volière.

The Puy-du-Fou, both the spectacular night-time "Cinéscénie", a giant son-et-lumiere performed on Fri. Sat, Sun from late May to early Sept; and the day-time "Grand Parc", which is a fantastic historical theme park. But instead of white-knuckle rides you find historical settings and fantastic set-piece shows on everything from Roman chariot-racing (new for 2001) and the legend of 7th-century Saint Philibert, to falconry, a medieval township and 18th-century village.
